Description
This two-in-one reusable hot and cold pack can be heated or chilled, depending on the type of injury or pain you need to treat. The flexible treatment pack moulds around the body when hot or cold, providing targeted pain relief and maximum coverage at the source of the pain.
Hot and cold packs are a drug-free way to treat a wide range of soft tissue injuries or sports injuries or use in conjunction with other pain relief medication to help further reduce swelling and relieve pain.
As a cold pack, the reusable hot and cold compress can be used to reduce swelling by slowing down blood circulation to the injured area. A cold compress can also be applied to certain types of sports injuries, toothaches, bruises, headaches and insect bites to help with inflammation and pain relief.
When warmed up, the reusable hot and cold compress helps to increase blood flow to the injured or painful area. A heat pack can help relieve pain and stiffness from various aches and pains, rheumatism, arthritic pain, backache and period pains.

How to use (Cold compress)
After an acute injury, such as a sprained ankle, use a cold compress as part of RICE (rest, ice, compress and elevate) therapy. Applying a cold compress to an injury can help by slowing down blood circulation to the area, reducing swelling and relieving pain.
Store in a freezer ready for use, or freeze for approximately two hours
Remove the cold pack from the freezer and wrap in a thin towel
Hold the pack on the injury
Repeat when needed, ensuring the skin has returned to a normal temperature before reapplying the cold compress
How to use (Heat pack)
Heat therapy is best for stiff and aching muscles or joints, such as a backache or knee pain. Heat packs increase blood flow to the area of application, helping to reduce and alleviate pain.
Leave the heat pack in hot water (Max.80 degrees Celsius) for 6 minutes or heat in a microwave (600W) for ninety-seconds. Adjust heating time according to the power of your microwave
Apply the heat pad directly to the muscle or area of pain
Repeat when needed, ensuring the skin as returned to a normal temperature before reapplying
