Pamela - Trade, Sales, Product Procurement & Development - Trained Doula
A Mother of two, Pam is where it all started. Missing out on a home birth herself she was determined to help others achieve what they wanted for their birth. If you call the trade line, you will get through to Pamela. She can turn her hand to anything and deals with our NHS customers, Private midwives & Doulas as well as filling in wherever she is needed! She trained as a Doula, but it soon became clear that Birth Supplies would take up her time - and she has been asked anything and everything relating to birth! Pamela has attended several births both at home and in hospital, so she has seen and heard from both sides of the birth equation!

Bev - Sales & Marketing - Trained Nurse & Midwife.
Bev works closely with Pamela and is usually either sat at her desk creating new marketing products or dealing with enquiries. She has been with us a few years now and alongside Pam, set up the highly successful hire department. She has worked in a variety of roles - most recently moving into sales and marketing. It's a known fact that as soon as she gets up from her desk her phone starts ringing! She is Mum to 2 girls and previously spent time working in the both the NHS & private sector first as a nurse, and later as a midwife. Bev also trained as a massage therapist and has an interest in Complementary Therapies. |

Darren - Warehouse Manager
Darren runs our warehouse team on a day to day basis, but manages the whole business. We have a very good reputation for speedy dispatch and Darren works hard with his team to ensure all goods leave the warehouse accurately and in a timely manner. He also arranges all our hire dispatch / returns, which keeps him busy. Any problems with couriers or parcels then Darren is your man. In his free time Darren enjoys a pub quiz and a pint or two. |

Erin – Quality Representative
Erin is very thorough and precise with great attention to detail...which makes her perfect for this job. We achieved ISO 9001:2015 status in 2017 with Bev & Pam at the helm. Erin is now in charge of keeping us all in check and oversees all our ISO policies and procedures. Erin is passionate about English Literature and is currently studying for her degree at university. She has plans to continue her education with a Master’s degree afterwards. |

Sarah - Administration & Accounts
Sarah works in our main office alongside the customer servies team. She runs our busy accounts department and helps with general admin as well. A Mum of two, life is busy for Sarah, and she spends most evenings and weekends playing mum's taxi ferrying her children around the county or watching her daughter playing football. She previously ran her own online craft business and can turn her hand to many things. Sarah is also proud mum to the newest member of her family - her fur-baby Darcie. |

Evie - Branding & Quality Control
Evie works on our in-house branding as well as ensuring quality control of our products. One of our youngest team members, she has a good eye for detail and precision. Just what we look for in a quality controller! Evie’s future lies in healthcare and she is planning on going to University to pursue training for this in the next couple of years. |

Kiera - Design & Marketing
Kiera is one of our younger team members but that doesn't stop her making a huge contribution to the business. She has a keen eye for design, pays great attention to detail and makes sure everything she does for us shows off our products perfectly. Kiera’s real love is Conservation and Ecology, and she is currently studying this at university. |

Karen - Hires
Karen handles all our Breast Pump and TENS hires, ensuring they leave us in tip-top condition. Karen also undertakes all our PAT testing. With her two girls now grown up, Karen has recently become a Nanny for the first time and is a keen member of the Military Wives Choir. |

Lucinda – Warehouse
Lucinda works in the warehouse picking, packing & dispatching - although she started as one of our clean room team. She also ensures the warehouse is kept clean, tidy and organised. We keep her busy, yet we are always amazed by how much she achieves in a day. She never really stops! A mum to 3 young children Lucinda spends most of her time running round after them so doesn’t really have free time! When she does get a few moments to herself you’ll probably find her on TikTok! |

Nicola – Warehouse & Hires
Nicola works alongside both Darren in the warehouse and Lucinda in the clean room. The newest member to our team she is kept busy with all the pick, pack & dispatch for our sales and hires. She also works in the clean room ensuring pools are clean and ready for the next hire. When she’s in the clean room, you’ll find Nicola singing her heart out. Nicola is mum to 2 although they are grown up now. She is our ‘Work Mum’ and likes to mother us all. In her spare time, she loves to go to concerts and loves spending her holidays on a cruise. |
