New Mama Balance massage oil is specially blended for use after birth. It is perfect for rebalancing the hormones after birth, and will uplift both mind and body, encouraging positive thinking.

The Healer massage oil is our own special infusion of Arnica Montana flower extract in Sunflower Seed oil along with Bergamot essential oil to help combat inflammation and pain, as well as balancing your body, mind and emotion.
Arnica is renowned for its healing and swelling-reduction properties, making this blend ideal for a relaxing postnatal massage, aiding recovery after birth. 
This blend can also be used during pregnancy to help soothe any aches and pains without the use of drugs.

Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom Salts) is one of the best and most natural ways to alleviate the aches and pains of pregnancy and after birth.
Epsom Salts are renowned for helping relax tired, stiff and aching muscles. They can help soothe the nerves and detoxify the body. During pregnancy, Epsom Salts can help relieve the itching caused by stretching skin. Their anti-inflammatory properties can also help relieve hameorrhoids. After birth, a soak in a bath with added Epsom Salts is pure heaven.
Swollen and tired feet can be relieved by soaking feet in a bowl of warm water infused with Epsom Salts - to which you can also add essential oil if you so wish.
Each 100g sachet is suitable for one bath, saving you the bother of measuring out the perfect amount. 
To use, simply run a warm bath then empty the sachet contents into the water, mixing in until the salts have dissolved. If you wish you can add a few drops of essential oil to the sachet after opening before adding to the bath.
NB - Magnesium Sulphate is NOT to be consumed.
