I hired a Mia Via Serenity pool along with a TENS machine and some other homebirth bits and bobs a few weeks ahead of my EDD. However, just a day or two before delivery was due I was told I'd need to supply a birth mirror. Very helpful and understanding when I struggled to get the TENS unit returned on time due to a very late baby and a difficult first week. Only issue was that I had to use my own batteries as the ones provided failed to power it. Otherwise, they provided an excellent service.
