Ordering and booking the pool on your website was straight forward and easy to navigate. The communication from your team was excellent and we were really impressed that the pool arrived only two days after we booked it. Everything we received in the delivery was as advertised. The instructions to assemble the pool were easy to understand. When it came to using the pool, I'll take my husbands word for it - the pool was easy to fill and empty. Arranging the collection was simple and efficient. From start to finish the experience was excellent. I planned to have a home birth so hired the pool at 37weeks pregnant. The pool got delivered in a couple of days, it came with everything that was needed. The hire time is 6 weeks so there is no rush to get it back to them ASAP after you've given birth. I was lucky to use the pool and get the home birth I wanted. It was easy to clean, was easy to return the company arranged collection. They sent an email with a gentle reminded when the 6 weeks was nearly up and an email when they recieved it back. Great communication. Was such an easy process would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to home birth Thankyou for your great service

Great service, fast delivery of a TENS machine in time for 36 weeks - comes with a single set of electrodes and I had also purchased 2 spares. Good clear info leaflet and instructions included. More people should know about this!

we will highly recommend to anyone looking to hire pool. unfortunately my wife did not use as she had a hospital birth in the end. But pool arrived on time and was easy to put up. a lovely lady i spoke to to arrange re collection sorted it in a heart beat. excellent thank you
