I ordered mine at 37 weeks (bit late) but lady on the phone was really helpful, they had one available. I called up after 3pm on a weds and it was with me by Friday lunchtime! So really quick delivery which was needed as I had left it so late. I ordered the mini pool, really good size and didn’t take as long as I thought to fill. Very happy with the whole service, returns were quick and easy too and deposit refunded. Overall, at a time you just need things to be easy and uncomplicated, this was just that 😊

Easy to arrange hire and collection. I didn't end up using the pool however we did blow it up and fill it which took no time at all. Was a good size to fit in our room and handy that it comes with all the correct equipment. All in all a pleasant (if you can use that word for labour) experience.

We received a fantastic service. I couldn’t believe how quickly our order came. In the end I was very overdue and and in hospital after delivery which coincided with our return date. They were really accommodating to our needs and rearranged the pick up for a later date without any further charge. I’m very impressed by the service we received.

Highly recommend hiring a birthing pool from Birth Supplies. Easy to order and then send back (they organise everything using UPS delievery service. Pool hire comes with everything, which takes the stress away of things you need with the pool. Thank you so much for allowing me to have a home water birth. Would highly recommend and use again.
