Birth Pool Hire (for 7 weeks) Reservation

Description

Too early to hire a pool? Just want to ensure that your hire is secure for the dates that you need?  Just select this Hire Deposit option and ensure that you book the pool that you want, when you want it. Fully refundable if, for any reason, you decide not to go ahead with a home water birth.
 
This reservation payment goes towards the cost of one of our pool hires (It is not an extra charge) and will be deducted from the overall cost of the pool when you make the final payment prior to shipping. (i.e. if your hire pool cost is £135, this reservation payment means that you will pay £110 as a final payment - see below).

Perfect if you want to reserve your pool and you are 32 weeks or less into your pregnancy.

Ensure you have a pool for your birth by booking through our deposit system.

1. Choose your pool from the drop down option.
2. Advise your EDD (you must be less than 32 weeks pregnant) Over this gestation, please just order the pool as normal.
3. Add to your basket and make payment.

You will receive a confirmation email within 24hrs (weekdays) from the hire department with a date around 35 weeks when you will be contacted to make the final balance payment. Once payment has been made the delivery date for your pool will be discussed and booked for around 36 weeks.

No risk hire pool deposit 

• The deposit paid is taken off the final cost of the hire equipment. It is NOT an additional charge.

• The pool of your choice is reserved for you when you need it

• We will contact you at around 35 weeks to ask for the remainder of the hire cost.

• ​If you need to add items to your order, you can do this when we call you for the final payment. Our friendly staff will add the extras to your order and add the additional items cost to the outstanding pool balance so that you can pay it.

• Change your mind about which pool you want? No problem, just give us a call to discuss your alternatives - the earlier you call, the easier it will be to swap pools.

• Decided against having a waterbirth or there is a withdrawal of provision in your area. We will send a full refund of the monies paid if the reservation is cancelled before dispatch. (See Hire-Terms-and-Conditions)

2. Birth pool liner suitable for your birth pool.

3. DPEK 10m/32 feet Food grade hose made in the UK (15m/49 feet option available).

4. DPEK Submersible water pump - this must only be used when totally submersed in water. Using it not submersed in water will irreparably damage the pump. (blue casing)

5. DPEK Electric inflate pump. (black casing)

6. MiA ViA Non-slip waterproof floor sheet.

7. 3 different tap connectors (to cover as many eventualities as possible).

8. DPEK Floating water birth thermometer.

9. DPEK Debris net / strainer.

10. RCD adaptor.

• If you select the reservation with a Suite option, you will not only receive all the items listed above with our Birth Pool Hire kit, you will also receive our fantastic Comfort Pack hire that includes a kneeling pad and an inflatable seat. As per other hire options, this will come off the final hire cost (currently £155) and can be cancelled at anytime before shipment. (See Hire-Terms-and-Conditions)

• If you select the Elle TENS hire deposit you will be booked to receive your reserved TENS machine as well as all the items listed above with our Birth Pool Hire kit when we dispatch. You will then be called before 36 weeks to pay the outstanding balance for your hire - the final cost of the TENS will be dependent on the pool that your hire: £15 for MiAVia & Oasis Elite pools and £18 for all others. As per other hire options, this will come off the final hire cost and can be cancelled at anytime before shipment. (See Hire-Terms-and-Conditions)

• The Suite and TENS hire deposit option will reserve the Suite and the TENS machine hire in addition to all of the items listed above with our Birth Pool Hire kit for your complete birth experience. As per other hire options, this will come off the final hire cost and can be cancelled at anytime before shipment.(See Hire-Terms-and-Conditions)

 
 
You are guaranteed a pool for your dates. We have NEVER cancelled a booking in 15 years.

Of course if your circumstances change and you no longer need a pool (before dispatch) you can drop us a line and we will process a full refund.
